The leadership of Spade Composites has 20+ years of expertise in the firearms manufacturing industry.  Having worked with various large manufacturer’s over the years we have some great relationship with vendors that allow us to get the best raw materials possible to make the best possible products.

Our barrels use “best of breed” products combining precision barrel blanks, high strength woven carbon fiber and our proprietary blended heat resistant resin system to insure our customers get the best product on the market without the high prices.

As we wrap our own barrels in house we have a degree of flexibility when it comes to your barrel.  The barrels we offer on our website with twist rates, lengths’, gas systems etc have been proven accurate in both carbon fiber and non carbon fiber barrels.  If you want something outside these offerings, we can do a custom order, but it’s not something you will find on our website.  To get a custom barrel it’s best to drop us a line for pricing and lead times.  Typical lead times for custom barrels are approximately 12 weeks.
